Located just outside Leeds at Bramhope, until very recently this site had a 1960’s style detached house which has now been demolished to make way for much better things. The main elevations of the new home face north to south, and this three storey new build is carved into the glorious elevated hillside position in West Yorkshire, overlooking breath-taking views towards Harewood House in the East, to the famous Otley multi-arched railway viaduct in the North, to the beautiful Ilkley Moors in the West, and balconies on three sides to follow the sun and those outstanding views. With matching 180⁰ curved ends to the East wing, this property boasts 5 bedrooms, a swimming pool, gym, steam room, music studio and so much more.
Work started in June 2016, and demolition was accomplished very quickly. We completed the concrete pour for the swimming pool in July, and in December it was finished and ready to be filled. It has the most incredible views! The roof and balconies were completed soon after, the build was water-tight and our team moved on to the second fix stage. Currently our team are making final touches to the project, including the external hard-scaping. Progress is swift and on target to finish in the next few weeks. The build looks as stunning as its surroundings, the sheer size and stature of this glorious new build are clear to see, and our client is very pleased to be moving in shortly!
This week internal decoration is underway, and externally we are working out towards the entrance. Still some hardscaping to be done but we are on target at Bramhope this week!
