This rear garden, double plot lies adjacent to the tidal Trent River, the rear boundary of the garden is the Trent. There is a history of flooding so very careful consideration had to be given to the design and products used. Nudura was chosen because it offers a solid core of concrete which can be water-proofed with an additive to the concrete, Triton TT Super Admix, which can be used as a component part which complies to the BS 8201 standard.
Two houses are being built alongside each other. The larger house will eventually boast staggered balconies over-looking the river, with a swimming pool incorporated into the ground floor.
